Cambridge University Launches Centre for India & Global Bussiness

Singapore Visa will be available in 24 hrs:

Singapore visa will be now available within 24 hrs.this process have been started from april 1-2009.Singapore tourism board has provided this facility of e-visa to India.There is no need to visit consulate ,there is a process of online submission of visa application form & permission will also be given online. 

Applying for UK student visa get tougher: 

Students applying for visas to study in UK needs to go through Tier 4 of the point based system.In 2006,UK introduces PBS to manage migration to the country better.For students what this means ,they need to score 40 points in order to qualify for student visa.Out of 40 points,30 points are of a visa letter issued by a licensed sponser & 10 points for signify that the student is financially stronger enough to cover course fee & living cost.Tier 4 of the PBS ensures that the educational institute is responsible of the students ability & proficiency of the english. 

US Student Visa Application & Procedure

 

 

Students going for the higher education from US must take the students visa.There are 2 types of visa

 

 

(a) F-1(student visa):- It is for the full time students enrolled in an academic or language programs.F-1 students may stay in US for full length of their academic programs + 60 days after completing the course.

 

(b) J-1(exchange visitor visa):- This visa is issued to the students who are interested in going through the practical training which is not available in their country.

 

Visa application procedure:Applicant should apply at the consular section of the American Embassy from monday to friday.

 Documents required:Valid passport,i- passport size photu,a non- immigrant visa application form i-20 executed by authorizing official of the institution conserned signed by applicant,evidence of financial ability to cover the course fees & living cost.Visa fees to be paid in Indian rupees by bank draft.
